Spring 2015 International Dinners

6 PM wine tasting - Bobby Lee Lawrence Academy of Wine
6:30 PM dinner - 100 West Café

Price $62.50 per person, which includes the pre-dinner wine tasting and the dinner.
Payment Cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or personal check (payable to HRTM).
Ticket Limit Eight (8) tickets per person.
Reservations* Ms. Stella Lucero will begin taking reservations for the first two dinners at 2 PM on Thursday, January 29th. Call her at 646-5995 or come to her office (Gerald Thomas, Room 138). Ms. Lucero will begin taking reservations for the last three dinners on Thursday, February 19th at 2 PM, following the same process. Your payment must be received at the time you make your reservations.
Special Requests Let Ms. Lucero know if you want to sit at the same table with family or friends. Seating is in tables of eight (8).
Refund Policy No refunds or cancellations. If you are unable to attend a dinner for which you've purchased tickets, please call Ms. Stella Lucero as soon as possible at 646-5995 or email her at (stcordov@nmsu.edu). She will offer you two options:
  • You may give your tickets away to family or friends. If you give your ticket away, please call the HRTM office with the names for the purpose of preparing correct place cards.
  • You may return your tickets to the School of HRTM; they will be given to HRTM students or resold to someone on the dinner waiting list with the ticket price going into a scholarship fund.

Important Notice: There are 15 tickets remaining for the Mardi Gras dinner on March 18th, 15 tickets remaining for the South American dinner on April 8th, and 10 tickets remaining for the Northern Italian dinner on April 29th.
