Schedule of Events

Monday, October 3 – Window Painting
5-7 p.m. in Gerald Thomas Hall.
Window designs should match the theme #all4aggies and your club
(bring your own water-based paint; must easily wash off).
Windows must be cleaned by 7 pm Friday (Oct. 7) to avoid a club fine.

Tuesday, October 4 – ACES Dodgeball
6 p.m. in the Livestock Judging Pavilion.

Wednesday, October 5 – Trivia/Game Night
6 p.m. in GT 194
(popcorn will be provided!)

Thursday, October 6 – Attend the “Peak of Las Cruces” Street Festival
From 4-7 p.m. on Locust Street

Friday, October 7 – Ag Olympics
5-7 p.m. on the Gerald Thomas Lawn
(bad weather location will be in the Livestock Judging Pavilion)

Participation Rules

The winner of ACES Week will be announced at the end of Ag Olympics Friday night!

  • Club/organization attendance is worth 5 pts each day
    (students can represent 2 clubs each night).
  • Additional points will be awarded to teams who win:
    1st Place – 5 pts; 2nd Place – 3 pts; and 3rd Place – 1 pt.
  • Clubs must participate in at least 60% (3 out of 5 evenings) of events to get club funding through ACES Council for this semester.
  • Throughout the week, post pictures of your club/organization on social media with the hashtag #all4aggies and to @nmsuaces or/and @nmsuacescouncil for additional points. Clubs can post up to 3 photos for 3 points per photo. Pictures must be posted by 5 PM Friday!
