Favorite NMSU Experience / What advice do you have for other students? The branding ceremony was one of my favorite NMSU experiences. As for advice for other students, college is much more work than high school, make sure you study! Also, don’t sell yourself short; you are capable of more than you think but you have to put in hard work to get there.

Who is your biggest role model? My biggest role model is probably my dad. He went into the air force right after he graduated and he married my mom. He realized he needed a career to be able to support his wife and once my younger brother and I came along, he did everything he could to make sure we always had everything we could possibly need and more. He stayed in the military for 20 years before he retired and he signed over the GI Bill to me in order to ensure I got a good education. I hope to one day have that same amount of love and dedication for my family as he does for ours.

What is your favorite quote? “She believed she could, so she did.”

Favorite music artist: I like a very wide range of music genres so my favorite punk rock band would definitely be Blink-182 or Panic! at the Disco and as for country music, I would go with either George Strait or Randy Travis. (I know it says arist, as in singular, but come one, who could pick just one)

Favorite TV Show: Ink Masters

Favorite Snack: Pickles

Favorite extracurricular activity and why? Going to concerts

What would your superpower be? The ability to read minds because I hate not being able to tell what someone is thinking.
