NAMA - National Agri-Marketing Association

Students may wish to join the NMSU chapter of the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA), established in 1994. NAMA Club participation prepares students for careers in agribusiness marketing, sales, public relations, and advertising. Club activities include field trips, work experiences, and national marketing plan competitions. Since 1994, NMSU NAMA teams have won more than 20 national awards, including the winning of the National NAMA Student Marketing Competition in April, 2010. Saddle Fit Research Study 2010

In 2009, New Mexico State University's National Agri-Marketing Club (NMSU/NAMA) conducted a saddle fit research study over the Western saddle market. This study evaluates the fit of western saddles used for roping and barrel racing in three areas of saddle fit and the effects of rider weight, pad thickness, and brand of saddle.
