Charlene Carr, an Undergraduate Student with the Department of Plant & Environmental Sciences, was awarded 1st Place for her Poster-presentation "Chile Studies Transformation & Regeneration" at the AISES National Conference (American Indian Science & Engineering Society). Charlene, who has been working on this project since 2004, is currently a Soils Major as well as a MARC-Fellow and a Howard Hughes Student. When Charlene first started, she was also a part of the Pathway program.
