The food production laboratory, 100 West Café, on the first floor of Gerald Thomas Hall, west end.

Lunches in 100 West Café will begin Tuesday, February 10 and will run through May 1. Tickets will no longer be sold in the HRTM office. You can go straight to the cafe and payment can be made there. The cafe opens at noon.Tickets are $8 per person
