Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

Our LC/MS system consists on an Agilent 1100 Series Capillary System attached to a linear quadrupole ion trap (Thermo LTQ). The LTQ is a highly sensitive mass spectrometer with tandem mass measurement capability. The capillary LC/MS system provides great sensitivity for routine analysis of small molecules like toxins and drugs. Common applications for this system include:
