The Tucumcari Performance Bull Test and Sale will be held Mar. 10, 10 a.m., NMSU's Agricultural Science Center at Tucumcari.

There will be eight Charolais and four Braunvieh bulls among the 142 bulls at the Tucumcari Bull Test Sale. Viewing of the animals will begin at 10 a.m. followed by lunch at noon. Our lunches are served Tuesdays through Fridays from Noon to 1 p.m. We offer fixed price lunches for $10 per person. This includes your choice of soup or salad, entrée, and dessert with iced tea, water, or coffee. Regular lunch seating is on a walk-in basis. However, if you have a group of 8 or more, please contact to make special arrangements for seating and menu choices. We apologize, but we are only able to take large parties on Tuesdays and Thursdays this semester.

The Spring 2018 lunches are from Feb. 13 thru May 4. We will be closed for: Career Fair (Feb. 22); Spring Break (Mar. 19 - 23); Spring Holiday (Mar. 30).

International Dinner Series - Around the World Winemaker's
The HRTM International Dinner Series is one of the most gourmet dining experiences you can have in Las Cruces. Dinner featuring Irby Wood from Jackson Family Wines.

Held on Thursday nights, your evening starts at 6 p.m. with a wine tasting and an hors d'oeuvre reception in our Bobby Lee Lawrence Academy of Wine. Then dinner starts in 100 West Café at 6:30 p.m. All are five course meals with specially paired wines. The dinners cost $65 per person.

Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please come in person to Gerald Thomas Hall Rm. 138 starting on Jan. 11 to purchase your ticket(s). Payment must be made the day dinner tickets are purchased - there are no refunds.

The 2018 NM Beef Ambassador Contest will be held Apr. 6, during the State FFA Career Development Events, NMSU Main Campus.

A three member beef ambassador team, comprised of the top two senior winners and the first place junior winner, will be chosen to travel the state to share factual information regarding beef nutrition, food safety and positive stewardship practices through educational programs, special events and social media. The contestant age groups are: Junior (Ages 15-17) and Seniors (Ages 18-20).

Please join us this week, May 1 - 4, for lunch! This week's theme is: Greek! See SHTRM website for specific menu and vegetarian options.

Our lunches are served Tuesdays through Fridays from Noon to 1 p.m. We offer fixed price lunches for $10 per person. This includes your choice of soup or salad, entrée, and dessert with iced tea, water, or coffee. Regular lunch seating is on a walk-in basis. However, if you have a group of 8 or more, please contact to make special arrangements for seating and menu choices. We apologize, but we are only able to take large parties on Tuesdays and Thursdays this semester.

The Spring 2018 lunches are from Feb. 13 thru May 4. We will be closed for: Career Fair (Feb. 22); Spring Break (Mar. 19 - 23); Spring Holiday (Mar. 30).

Parking: You will need a permit to park for the lunches. The E-Permit is a free single-day permit that can be obtained over the Internet. Up to 5 E-Permits can be obtained each year. Please see Parking Options for more information. More info...
