    ManureNet at the University of Maryland provides help to farmers, scientists, teachers, students, policy makers and other citizens to understand methods of improving animal production systems to reduce nutrient losses to water and air resources.
  • Nitrogen Dairy Management on Dairy Farms
    The Nitrogen Dairy Management on Dairy Farms website has been developed by researchers and extension educators at Cornell University (Department of Crop and Soil Sciences and Department of Animal Science), the Animal Manure and By-Products Laboratory of the USDA Agricultural Research Service (Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, Maryland), and the University of Vermont (Department of Plant and Soil Science). Funding for the project was provided by the Fund for Rural America.

    Texas Animal Manure Management Issues (TAMMI) website is an electronic informational clearinghouse, developed and designed with a mission to provide agricultural waste management education and information on demand. The website is continuously updated and research based, has unbiased informaiton and educational materials including new publications, federal and state rules and policies affecting livestock and poultry operations, and research on animal waste management and related air and water quality issues.
