Program Description for: Taking Steps to a Healthier You


This workshop discusses the dangers of fad diets and how a balanced diet can be more beneficial. The participants examine the reasons for eating and determined their own emotional triggers. Steps for avoiding emotional eating were shared along with ways to reduce stress.
