Who should attend?

Any grower or producer of fruit or vegetables that plans to market their products via NM Farmer's Market and vendors to the NMDA Farm to school program. Any producer of fruit or vegetables who is considering certification of their organic practices may attend this training.

Training Goals

Participants will be presented with information on GAPs food safety plan and organic certification requirements. Additionally mock audits will be performed so that participants can experience what is required for each program.
