The Southwest Beef Symposium committee would like to invite you to this year's symposium coming to the Clayton Civic Center on Thursday and Friday, January 9th and 10th. It is an annual educational event, coordinated by the NMSU and Texas A&M AgriLife, Cooperative Extension Service. It is tailored to provide timely information about current industry issues, to beef cattle producers in the Southwest.
This year's symposium will address global industry issues during the Thursday afternoon session. On Friday, the program will focus on timely nutrition and health management strategies, as well as the economics and risk associated with restocking ranches.
Local businesses that offer products and services to the beef industry, should consider this opportunity to showcase products or services by becoming an exhibitor during the trade show. An exhibit booth or indoor/outdoor product display, includes one individual registration, all meals, breaks, and proceedings, for $200.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available at various levels for both days. Each sponsorship includes two individual registrations, all meals, breaks and proceedings, in addition to booth space at the trade show. All sponsors will be acknowledged on the website sponsorship page, inside pages of proceedings, and recognition throughout breaks/meals. Once sponsorship confirmation is received, we will contact you for a high-resolution logo, contact name and email, and company website to be used on the website and in print/media materials.
