• Volunteer Timesheet
  Master Gardener Volunteers should use this form to report their volunteer hours. Return the completed form each month to the County Extension Office. Forms are also available at the office.

• New Master Gardener Application
  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer Master Gardener, print the Master Gardener application form, fill it out and return it to the County Extension Office at 530 North Church Street, Las Cruces, NM 88001. You may also pick up an application at the office. For more information, call 575-525-6649.

• Master Gardener Contact Sheet
  When Master Gardeners respond to landscape and gardening queries outside the Hotline and Farmers' Market settings, they may print and fill out this form to report their activity. The form should be filed in the Master Gardener office in the same way that Hotline questions and responses are filed.
