Protocol:
1. Receive permission from the Extension Agent and the Growers' Market Coordinator to participate in the respective market events
2. Follow policies and procedures as set by each Growers' Market
3. Enlist volunteers to staff each market event
4. Equip the volunteers with tables, tents (if needed), SCMG banner, appropriate NMSU brochures and other handouts
5. Maintain Growers' Market Committee notebook including updated list of contacts and any applicable forms
6. Meet with the person(s) who will assume the position of chairperson(s), to transfer the committee notebook and pass along pertinent details regarding committee responsibilities
