| Education | Dr. Mandabach holds an Ed.D. in Education from the University of Houston, an M.S. in Hospitality Management, University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College, and a B.S. in Hotel / Restaurant Management, St. Edwards University. Dr. Mandabach teaches food service courses. His research interests are in restaurant management, history of culinary arts, leadership, and education. |
