Dean's Award of Excellence for Undergraduate Students

Description: This award is a special student award which recognizes outstanding service and/or academic accomplishments within the Department, College and University. Service for this award is defined as student activity which rises above and beyond the expectations of members of student organizations represented by the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences Council.


  • Must be a senior graduating in the semester in which they are being nominated;
  • All students who have petitioned to walk will be considered for spring awards;
  • Have at least a 3.0 grade point average;
  • Active participation in department, college, university, and community activities.

Nomination Deadlines:
March 30 for spring awards - October 30 for fall awards

Any student, faculty or staff member may nominate candidates for the award using the attached form submitted through the appropriate academic department head.
