Various presenters demonstrated different skills and discussed ranching, farming, and basic survival on the land. Drs. Carol Sutherland and Leslie Beck, Extension Plant Sciences Department, brought displays and gave brief presentations on insects and weeds to 480 attendees. Dean Rolando Flores and associate dean for the Cooperative Extension Service, Jon Boren, attended the event and viewed all of the exhibits.
