Harvesting
The goal of this module is to introduce the different types of crops and basic handling methods for harvesting and drying high quality crops as well as managing seed production.
Trainees can expect to get an overview in order to make choices to customize herb management operations, and gain knowledge to grow seed true to type.
The risks associated with harvesting and managing herb crops are knowledge gained from experience as well as equipment investments and storage procurement. Skilled labor familiar with non-traditional crops.
