Registration begins at 7:30 Conference begins promptly at 8:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm. Lunch: Box lunches will be available @ $10 each; please pay $10.00; cash at the door.

Once again, this will be a full day of networking and innovative perspectives including research on how to effectively communicate about food safety and defense. Dr. Hallman's research (Rutgers) highlights the increased awareness of recalls since the spinach (2006) to the cantaloupe (2011), getting people to take action, and the use of social media -- and lots more. It's fascinating!!

Neighbors Helping Neighbors…A Community Approach will be the focus of this conference and once again travel expenses can be reimbursed.\r\n\r\n
