Water Conservation and Drought Monitoring Using Rain Gauges

Project Description: Using citizen volunteers from a community based science education program, data will be collected on weather observation and estimates of precipitation. The objective is to provide accurate high quality precipitation data for many end- users on a timely basis. This will, in turn, promote water conservation.
