Children Actually Stay Awake During a Research Paper Presentation!!

By Lorene García y García

My students developed an electronic research paper using Hyperstudio. The internet was not accessible so the students did their research manually. They scanned their graphics and also drew some of them using ClarisWorks. The text was typed in ClarisWorks then the students copied and pasted it into a text field in HyperStudio.

The activity was successful because the students developed and presented their research papers using multimedia (computer, PC Viewer.) Each presentation was different and unique. The students enjoyed other students' interactive presentations.
