School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management 100 West Café
100 West Café is a food laboratory for students in our HRTM 363 and 413 classes. We offer fixed price lunches on Wednesday and Friday. The meals are $12.00 per person for your choice of soup or salad, entrée, dessert, and iced tea or coffee. There are always vegetarian items available. Please note that menu items may change from those listed on the website due to availability.
For the Fall 2020 semester, we have changed our procedures to comply with New Mexico Covid-19 restrictions on restaurants. At the present time, we will be open for patio dining and limited indoor seating by reservation only, pre-paid carryout and curb-side orders. Dining will look a bit different with expanded table spacing and servers wearing face masks and face shields. The maximum group size for a reservation is 6 people.
Reservations and carryout orders will only be taken for one week at a time. They will be taken by phone (credit card payments only) or in person in 100 West Café (credit card, cash, or check) on Mondays from Noon - 3:00 pm and on the day of the lunch starting at 9:30 am until we are sold out. Reservation arrival times for sit-down service are Noon and 12:15 pm. Orders for specific menu items will be taken at the table. Carryout orders will be available for pickup between Noon and 1:00 pm. We will ask for your menu selections at the time the carryout order is placed.
