School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management Second Annual Beefsteak Dinner
What's not to love about Pistol Pete's 1888 Ale and all-you-can-eat steak and fries? Pete’s Meat is our second annual beefsteak dinner which historically is a dinner with all-you-can-eat beef steak with fries, where no napkins, no plates, and no utensils are allowed. This type of dinner dates back to the 1920s in New York, where politicians would put on these dinners as fundraisers.
At our dinner, you will experience the same traditions that can be found in the original dinners. Guests may not have any napkins, plates or utensils but instead, will be given aprons, all-you-can-eat beef steak on butcher paper, all-you-can-eat fries. Come out and join us for this casual dining event, where all proceeds go toward HRTM student scholarship, on October 27th at 6pm.
Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 at the door. To purchase tickets in advance come to Gerald Thomas Hall, room 138.
