2019 State Conference Information

When: July 8-11, 2019

Where: New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, New Mexico

Theme: Be the Leader, Be the Light

Registration Information: Contact your county office.

State 4-H Conference is held every July on the NMSU Campus. The Conference consists of contests, workshops, evening sessions, awards ceremony, and the election of new State Officers.

Those eligible to attend State Conference are senior 4-H'ers who participate in contests, workshops, and sessions; voting delegates and officer candidates. For registration information please check with your County Extension Agent.

Agents: To register your counties for State Conference please go to the 4HOnline Web Page. Registration information will only be accepted by the County Extension Agent.

New Mexico 4-H Working with Minors at Camp Training for Chaperones

All chaperones and agents attending State 4-H Conference will need to complete the training and quiz in order to attend the event. The training and quiz must be complete by July 1st.

Link below for the online quiz ALL Adults and Chaperones are required to complete. (If you do not have access to the online quiz, contact your county agent.)

Note: If you have already completed this training for a previous 4-H event, you are not required to recertify.

    1) Each volunteer will either login using a preexisting account or create a username and password at https://campus.extension.org
    2) After logging on, type New Mexico 4-H in the search courses box
    3) Select New Mexico 4-H Working with Minors at Camp
    4) Follow the course instructions for completing the video, final quiz, and receiving the completion certificate
