5 oz. or single-serving cup yogurt (your choice of flavor)
1 whole banana divided into thirds
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (Reserve 2-3 pieces for garnish on top)
2-3 Tbsp milk (can be soy or nut milk)
5 ice cubes (can be omitted if using frozen fruit)
Recommended toppings: granola, chia seeds, nuts, toasted coconut, dried or fresh fruit
- Add yogurt, 2/3 of the banana, milk, 1 cup fruit, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with sliced fruit and granola (or preferred combination).
