NMSU Fit Families Program
The NMSU Fit Families Program will be held Tuesday evenings, Feb. 19 - Apr. 23, 5:30 to 7:15 p.m., Gerald Thomas Hall. Pre-registration is required. Program began Jan. 29. Fit Families is a 12-week program that promotes healthy childhood nutrition and increased physical activity. Each session includes: a delicious and nutritious cooking lesson and meal; nutrition information and healthy eating tips; physical activity; goal-setting activities; self-esteem and motivation workshops; and the ability to interact with others. Participating families must have at least one child that is between the ages of 5-12. At least one parent or guardian must attend. The program is free. More info...

The HRTM International Dinner Series is one of the most gourmet dining experiences you can have in Las Cruces.
