Family Peer Support - assists parents and primary caregivers who need support and guidance in how to access and engage with these systems. Families benefit from the support of a trained and certified Family Peer Support Worker (CFPSW) who has lived experience parenting a child, youth, or young adult with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Quality Service Review (QSR) - A case-based review of practice, results, and working conditions used to both evaluate and stimulate practice development through the Action Learning process. QSR looks at individual consumers who are currently receiving agency services and identifies both strengths and areas for improvement in the agency’s practice. The Center of Innovation trains and certifies qualified individuals to conduct reviews and coordinates the ongoing reviews of New Mexico Behavioral Health Providers and State of New Mexico system partners.

Nurtured Heart Approach - The Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) is a relationship-based model that consists of 3 Stands™: Absolute No, Absolute Yes, and Absolute Clarity.
