2021 Food Safety Focus Group Workshops


May 5, 12, 19 | 12 to 5 PM - Trainers

Trainers or supervisors of food manufacturing employees involved at any point in the production chain involved in food manufacturing employees that are in production, preparation, processing, packaging, packing, storage, and handling of food and food products.

Objective: At the end of this Online Food Safety Training, trainers will be to train front line personnel on Good Manufacturing practices specifically:

  • Understand their personal responsibility to exercise personal cleanliness and hygienic practices
  • Comprehend why personal cleanliness and hygienic practices are essential to ensure the safety of food
  • Apply personal cleanliness and hygienic practices while working in food processing facilities

All sessions will be presented by internet presentation through Zoomâ„¢. The code to enter the workshop will be sent by email before the workshop begins.
