Lara Seng is a Regional Sustainability Coordinator responsible for developing tools and implementing actions in the field to realize Sodexo's Better Tomorrow 2025 commitments including waste reduction, local and sustainable sourcing and fighting hunger. She has collaborated with a number of third-party organizations including the Humane Society of the US, Western Washington Organics Waste Contamination Working Group, TRUE Zero Waste and the EPA to develop training and solutions.
