Stress and Resiliency

This pandemic has created all kinds of stressors. Stress from work, home, school. . . . . list goes on and on. The extension service is here to provide you with some stress relief. Join us for this 4 part series on Stress developed by extension professionals.

Embroidery Stitch Along

Heart Healthy Cooking

February 8-9, 2021 2 pm

This virtual 2 lesson series is for individuals with heart disease or their caretakers. Learn how to lower fat and sodium using healthy cooking methods, meal planning and label reading. Virtual Scrappy Hexagon Quilt Along
