Helpful tips for those new to Zoom and how to access the pre-recorded presentations:

Registration Process

  1. Register for the presentation(s) you want to view by clicking on the link(s) provided below.

  2. Once registered, a link will be included within a confirmation email from EZregister.

  3. When you are ready to view the pre-recorded presentations from our Extension Specialists, first log into your Zoom account (if login is required).

  4. Lastly, copy and paste the link into a new browser window to access the presentation. Or click on the link found within your confirmation email from EZregister.

Zoom Account Creation

  1. On your computer, laptop or cell phone, visit the Zoom website.

  2. Click on the orange Sign up, It's Free button, found on the upper right-hand corner. Follow the instructions to set up and activate a new Zoom account.

  • Weed Control in Alfalfa and Other Forage Crops - Dr. Mark Marsalis
    An overview of the most commonly used weed control strategies for alfalfa crops, as well as warm-season annual forages, and perennial pastures in New Mexico. Cultural and chemical control options are presented. Information on alfalfa weevil control is included. Duration: 1:03:21.

  • Preventive Management for Alfalfa Pest Control - Mr. Leonard Lauriault (NMSU - Tucumcari)
    The presentation addresses strategies for alfalfa management to minimize pest pressure, including weeds, insects, and diseases. Variety selection, establishment, fertility, irrigation, and harvest management are discussed as factors of integrated pest management for alfalfa. Duration: 53:53.
