Once your manuscript is complete, contact your department head or task force administrator to coordinate a peer review.

This form is submitted to your department along with your manuscript and is distributed to reviewers.
Agricultural Experiment Station
AES publications should be submitted through Steve Loring, Associate Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station. He will coordinate your publication's peer review.
Manuscript Submission
After your manuscript has gone through the review process and has been approved by your Cooperative Extension Service (CES) department head, Agricultural Experiment Station (AES) administrator, or task force coordinator, he/she will submit the manuscript materials to the publishing group along with the signed Request for Approval of Manuscript form.
