Cancer Research Internships

Applications are being accepted Dec. 4 - Jan. 12 for the Cancer Research Internships, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.

The Summer Research Program (undergrad students) and CRI-G (grad students) runs June 17 - Aug. 16. It is an intensive, nine-week internship designed to provide research experience and mentorship for undergraduate and graduate students. Students must commit to entire period in order to participate.

Deadlines:

  • Undergrad Applications - Due Jan. 5, midnight (PST)
  • Undergrad Letters of Recommendation - Due Jan. 12, midnight (PST)
  • Grad Applications and Letters of Recommendation - Due Jan. 12, midnight (PST)

Floral Artists Reception and Silent Auction

The Floral Artists Reception and Silent Auction will be held Dec. 5, 4:30 to 6 p.m., Skeen Hall Rotunda.

Students enrolled in the beginning floral evaluation and design class will present their final designs in an artist reception and silent auction. Designs are for sale and will go to the highest bidder at the end of the reception. All proceeds go to academic programs in floriculture and the NMSU Floral Design Team.
