The first workshop will be to identify issues associated with preventing Trichomoniasis, commonly called Trich, in their herds. International Dinner Series - Italian

The HRTM International Dinner Series is one of the most gourmet dining experiences you can have in Las Cruces.

Held on Thursday nights, your evening starts at 6 p.m. with a wine tasting and an hors d’oeuvre reception in our Bobby Lee Lawrence Academy of Wine. Then dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. at 100 West Cafe. All are five course meals with specially paired wines. The dinners cost $70 per person.

Seats for all dinners must be purchased in advance. Please come in person to Gerald Thomas Hall Rm. 138 starting on Jan. 29 to purchase your ticket(s). Payment must be made the day dinner tickets are purchased – there are no refunds.

International Dinner Series - Spanish

The HRTM International Dinner Series is one of the most gourmet dining experiences you can have in Las Cruces.

100 West Cafe Lunch - Greek

Please join us this week, May 6 and 8 for lunch! The theme this week is: Greek! See SHTRM website for specific menu and vegetarian options.

Our lunches are served Wednesdays and Fridays from Noon to 1 p.m. We offer fixed price lunches for $12 per person. This includes your choice of soup or salad, entree, and dessert with iced tea, water, or coffee. Regular lunch seating is on a walk-in basis. When you arrive at the Cafe, please see the host/hostess to receive a table number. However, if you have a group of 8 or more, please contact us to make special arrangements for seating and menu choices.

The Spring 2020 lunches are from Feb. 19 thru May 8. We will be closed for: Spring Break (Mar. 25 - 27) and Spring Holiday (Apr. 10).

Parking: Please park in the lot off Knox St. across from (west of) Gerald Thomas Hall. Parking is free after 4:30 pm for our dinners and TAP series. But you will need a permit for the lunches.
