Are you interested in trying new or uncommon vegetables?

For the benefit of local farmers and gardeners, the NMSU Extension Vegetable Program is growing types of produce not common to southern New Mexico. We aim to identify new vegetables that the public will enjoy and farmers can grow sustainably.

As a member, you will receive free boxes of produce to take home. All that we ask is for you to fill out a questionnaire about how much you enjoyed the veggies. Distribution of the produce boxes will be Fridays at the Fabian Garcia Research Center (113 New Mexico State Road 101) when the harvest is available.

Jose Fernandez Garden Produce Distribution Program
