Ariel Kent

Ariel is a born and raised Floridian, hailing from Miami. She is currently serving as a graduate research assistant for the AXED department. Her major responsibilities include researching grants that would allow the department to improve and expand on their programs as well as fund future graduate students. Her major research area of interest is in international education and how existing homestay programs can be improved upon. One fun fact about Ariel is that she served with the Peace Corps in Senegal where she worked with local farmers to implement improved agricultural practices. Another fun fact about Ariel is that she has recently taken up several craft related hobbies including 3D printing, laser engraving, and using a CNC router.
